Customer Support

This position requires the ability to work independently to install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade client software over the phone, and to document all relevant activities in a help desk system. Additionally, this position requires the ability to assess user training needs and lead training sessions. Position requires knowledge of networking and a windows environment. Prompt and effective problem-solving and troubleshooting are essential to performing well in this position. Clinical knowledge and the ability to relate information to a customer in a way that is relevant to assisting them in seeing the benefits of the product are an asset.

Fundamental Skills:

Key Duties and Competencies of a Successful Customer Support Representative:

• Install, configure and upgrade Core products.
• Troubleshoot problems with client’s hardware and software and how these components work with the client’s ultrasound machine.
• Understand of computer networking.
• Act as a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems with equipment and data; staff a centralized help desk to facilitate exchange of information and advice; implement solutions and update company knowledgebase
• Communicate effectively with sales and development staff to ensure that relevant factors to future success are shared
• Provide clinical knowledge and other SME knowledge to team members
• Update written documentation to assist level 1 and level 3 support in the future, where required.
• Work on development of future company products and assists with automation of internal systems
• Ability to test software and document testing procedures and results
• Perform other duties of a similar nature or level

Account Executive

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree required.
• Sales Experience Required. Healthcare experience preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional work experience
• 3+ year of sales experience preferred
• Professional appearance, dress and demeanor

Software Developer – QMS Implementation

JOB LOCATION

JOB DUTIES

Responsible for implementing and maintaining QMS implementation standards for ISO certification per client requirements. Develop, research, design and maintain Core Sound Imaging’s proprietary software product using various programming languages that include Flash, PHP 5 (OOP), PHP 4 (non-OOP), Cake PHP, HTML, Delphi object Pascal, SQL (MySQL), and Shell scripting. Troubleshoot and debug code. Work on the development of future company products and assist with automation of internal systems. Work and manage a variety of projects, provide realistic estimates for time effort and completion.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Math or other related discipline AND five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer or closely related software engineering position. Must have five (5) years of experience in Flash, PHP 5 (OOP), PHP 4 (non-OOP), Cake PHP, HTML, Delphi object Pascal, SQL (MySQL), and Shell scripting. Must have experience working for and developing a company’s QMS implementation for ISO certification.

In the alternate, will accept seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer or closely related software engineering position. Must have 5 years of experience in Flash, PHP 5 (OOP), PHP 4 (non-OOP), Cake PHP, HTML, Delphi object Pascal, SQL (MySQL), and Shell scripting. Must have experience working for and developing a company’s QMS implementation for ISO certification.

HOURS

8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
