The phrase “study interpretation” usually brings to mind a lot of time-consuming writing, most of which is double-entry. Studycast completely changes a physician’s idea of study interpretation with its SmartWorksheets™. SmartWorksheets take the study from a collection of images and data all the way to a final report in the hands of a physician.

Half the work of most study interpretation is writing down data from the initial phase of the study. SmartWorksheets remove that step entirely. All study data is automatically populated in the SmartWorksheet as soon as the study is uploaded to CoreWeb. If needed, a reading physcian can edit the any of the information on the worksheet—both patient demographics and study measurements.

The SmartWorksheet automatically generates findings and conclusions below the data. If the physician needs to change any of the study measurements, he or she can click the “Findings” and “Conclusions” buttons at the bottom of the SmartWorksheet, and the Findings and Conclusions fields will be updated to reflect the new data. The physician can also add standard findings from a drop-down menu or type his or her own notes into the fields.

Once the reading physician has approved the study, the SmartWorksheet can be converted to a final report. The final report can in turn be distributed to anyone who uses Studycast or even to an EMR. Final reports can also be custom-branded. Click a report to view a sample:
