Manage
Studycast goes further than medical data: It’s also a way to monitor the effectiveness of your practice.  Management reports are automatically generated once a month and fall into three categories:

  • Administrative reports
  • QA/QC reports
  • Accreditation reports

Administrative reports
Administrative reports categorize study data into groups.  For example, you may want a report organized by “Reading Physician” in order to easily see how many studies were interpreted by any given reading doctor in the past month.  A report organized by “Study Type” would allow you to easily see hw many studies of each type were performed.
QA/QC reports
QA/QC reports provide specific information about your operations.  For example, an “Approve Time” report would display the average time of a study from the initial exam to the interpretation. QA/QC reports can also be run to determine the number of referrals generated over a given time.  This data can be organized by study type or reading physician.
Accreditation reports
Accreditation reports provide the data you need for accreditation submission.  This makes reviewing a large number of studies fast and easy.Click a report to view a sample:
